I do my best work close to the craft: building design systems, designing responsive and mobile experiences, and helping design teams work effectively with AI tools. I work best where design is hands-on and the systems I build get used.
Now at Northwestern Mutual, I lead AI adoption for our design team, training designers on Claude, Figma Make, and GitHub Copilot in VS Code, and set design direction across five advisor-focused product areas.
Previously, at Remitly, I led conversion experiments on the core iOS and Android funnel and partnered with C-suite leadership on a three-year vision that supported a $431M IPO.
At Sterling, I built a rebranded MUI design system adopted by 6 engineering teams and led a platform redesign informed by research with 15+ enterprise clients.
At Microsoft, I owned UX for the global incident management platform used by Azure and Office 365 on-call engineers.

Design Systems
Built a rebranded MUI design system that 6 engineering teams contributed to and adopted. I design, document, and govern components and tokens so design and code stay in sync and teams ship faster.
Mobile & Responsive Design
Native iOS and Android flows, responsive web, and everything between. I’ve led conversion experimentation on a core mobile funnel and designed for products from enterprise platforms to on-call apps.
AI-Assisted Workflows
I help design teams work with AI tools like Figma Make and GitHub Copilot or Claude in VS Code. With a front-end background in HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks, I translate technical constraints into design decisions and prototype in code when it’s the fastest path to an answer.
